About Foundation Neurodiversity Bulgaria

Welcome to Foundation Neurodiversity Bulgaria, a dedicated non-profit organization that originated as a support group and information channel led by neurodivergent individuals for neurodivergent individuals in Bulgaria.

Founded as a grassroots initiative, our organization started as a support group providing a safe haven and information hub for neurodivergent people in Bulgaria. Over time, we evolved into a full-fledged NGO committed to celebrating neurodiversity and making a positive impact.

Our Mission

At Foundation Neurodiversity Bulgaria, our mission is to celebrate neurodiversity and empower neurodivergent individuals. We organize workshops, community meetings, and provide psychoeducation and support tips tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent people.

Core Values

Our core values include inclusivity, empathy, and respect for the unique strengths of every neurodivergent individual. We believe that neurodiversity is a natural and valuable form of human diversity that, embraced, acts as a source of creative potential.

George

She is a neurodiverse and hypermobile designer and mother of two small children, that's currently developing a trauma-informed Relaxology practice, exploring different neuro-relaxation and regulation techniques, such as massages, meditation, sound therapy, as well as somatic exercises. She believes that early awareness and easy access to helpful techniques is both a right and a necessity for each of us.
